Do you like the Blue Team on "The Biggest Loser" this year? Talk about it!

I have to admit that I was rooting for Bob & the Blue's to win the Weigh-in twice in a row & be the only team to do it in all 4 yrs.
I was disappointed when they lost to the Black's~~
But lets face it~~at this point it's Anyone's Game!

I just LOVE Jerry. I was totally hoping they would win, but I was glad the red team didn't. I couldn't believe those girls kicked Amber off for wanting to quit and they have been constantly complaining and one quit during a workout. GO BLUE!! I also love Bob, he is just so inspiring. Jillian is as well. I don't like Kim, but that could be the editing.

Kim doesn't seem as "caring" as Bob & Jillian is~~that's how it comes across to me anyway.
I love Jerry too~~to see the oldes contestant EVER on the show & he Loses more weight (31 lbs) then anyone else has in the 4 seasons it's been on was awesome.
Especially since he's only 4 yrs. older then I am~~it gives me hope!

You gotta root for Jerry being the oldest contestant ever. GO JERRY!

I agree with you about Kim Lyons, Rit. I've never really liked her since they introduced her last season.

Bob & Jillian just have this way, while they are completely different, of movitating and getting the most out of the contestants. Kim seems to do so with a certain amount of meaness and I would want to smack her. I'd probably do what she said to get her to shut up and stop talking, but I'd secretly wish she'd gain 10 lbs. Ha. JK.

I hear you about her method of training~~I think she's trying TOO hard to blend in and be accepted.
The fact that she's Blonde and has a Killer body makes people NOT like Her.
Did you see the way Lezlye was making fun of her behind her back~~ Priceless !

How can you not just love Bob? Jillian rocks, I think she's great, and I'm soooo glad she's back, but Bob is just such a heart on his sleeve kind of guy. You can see how devoted he is to everybody! Maybe Kim is awesome, but she just comes across as judgemental (I know, pot calling the kettle here....) and annoying. Jerry.....yeah, how can you not root for the guy? He is giving it his ALL, and he seems like such a nice guy too. My favorite on the Blue team is Kae - she is awesome. So positive and so dedicated, no whining, just GET IT DONE! I love that!

I also like Jerry. Being the oldest player ever and losing the most weight ever in one weigh in is cool, but he just seems like a really likeable guy.

I'm happy to see that we're all in agreement that Kae is a Sweetheart and how Loveable Jerry is.
Jerry is Tough for his age, yet in tune with his Sensitive side (he cried about Lezlye's Katrina loss)~~but he makes me want to give him a Hug. He reminds me of a Teddybear~~A Softy, Cuddly and Loveable.
This year we could have a Female Winner in Kae~~if the Guys don't feel so threatened by her that they vote her off. I feel if she can stay in the game until the VOTE OFF"S by each Team is over~~She has a chance to win it all.

I realize that the Grand Prize winner goes to the one that has lost the MOST weight and Kai doesn't have those BIG numbers~~But she could still win with the Percentage Factor, I'm rooting for her because she has that Inner strength from her Training in the Service.

Hmmm, I'm almost sure the GRAND PRIZE winner is the one who lost the most AS A PERCENTAGE of their starting weight and not the most total pounds. That wouldn't be fair to those who had less to lose. Now, if everyone started at the same weight, then it would be fair. I could be wrong, Su, but I think it's still the percentage.

I agree with you guys..I love Jerry..He is a bit older my dh..so I can relate to him..

Who doesn't love Bob? and I love Jillian, too..Kim is a bit immature to be a trainer..(it still is all about her a bit). I DO think it takes a special person to be a coach, trainer, etc..

People don't care how much you know UNTIL they know how much you care..

You're so right Carolyn about Trainers~~I've seen some that are totally Book Smart but can't relate to people very well.
Kim is trying very hard to fit in and at times She comes across as a Know-it-All and people don't like being talked "Down To". I know I don't !
Jerry is a sweetie, he's 6 yrs. younger then my dh~~so he'd be in my age bracket for attractive men.

Tomorrow we'll see how well Jerry's Kids do~~(pardon the pun).!

Being the oldest, I think everyone is looking for him to "get tired"~~
They shouldn't hold their breath for that to happen, I believe that he'll keep surprising us each & every week.

I do predict that Kae will continue to work hard and outshine the rest of the Blue Team contestants.
As long as Blue doesn't lose a weigh in and have to vote off one of them~~
She'll be a "Contender" for the # 1 spot this year.

BUT, we all know that the men would hate having a Woman beat them and might eventually vote her off. If they do ( & I hope they don't)
Kae will be back on the Finale`~and show them what she's made of

The Temptation Foods on the show tomorrow night, causes alot of conflict for the Blue Team and it will get Very Heated.

I can understand the team getting heated over the temptations. It will be interesting to see how that plays out.

It could be that she's voted off. But we know they go home for 4-5 months before the finale so it might not mean anything. The paper also said she's been working with a trainer here in Philly. Are they all home by now?

You know what Julie~~I do believe they are all home now. Because they started this on May 6th~~I saw that on Kae's Paper she was writing to put in the Time Capsule~and it was suppose to be their first day there.

I know the last ones leave after 3 or 4 months~~which would be NOW!

Then, when we see the Finale in Dec. or Jan. it has been, by that time, a Total of 8 months that they've been Competing.

All of the contestants are set up with either Home Gym Equipment or have Unlimited membership at 24 Hr. Fitness Centers.
So when the Finale` rolls around, by then the last 4 haven't seen each other in at least 3 months, so they have NO idea how much weight they've lost until they see them on the show~~when we do!

I remember that from the 2nd Season when Matt & Suzie fell in Love, she said they could ONLY talk on the phone for the 3 months before the finale` show, and couldn't see each other in person~~just like everyone else.

So, Nicole could go home tonight OR be one of the final 4~~isn't this exciting!

It is so exciting! I'm so glad I'm not the only one that gets so caught up in this show.

Because it's about real people that we can actually relate to.

We know the pain of being overweight & wanting to fit in & be accepted. The agony of the Cravings and the guilt & humiliation of the Binges.

They could be showing "This Is Your Life" for alot of us.

Okay, here's my Prediction for the Weigh-in Tonight :

The Red Team will lose again~~
BUT~Amy will NOT be voted off, instead two of the men will vote the other off and Amy's vote will cinch it.
The guys will take out their most Competitive loser & keep Amy one more week.

But, by next week the re-grouping starts, because the Teams are so uneven already.

I really believe that it will shock us all, who the person is that's sent home ~~
Someone we never would thought~ would be leaving yet!

OR~Am I really talking about the "Blue Team" ?????

BUT~~

For some reason I have this awful feeling that someone from the Blue Team will be going home~ ~I just hope it's NOT Jerry or Kae!
But it keeps nagging at me~~that's why I feel it's going to be a SHOCK when we find out who it is.

I am SO SAD that Jerry got voted off. Though it was great to see his at home progress sofar. He has done GREAT!

I can't believe they voted off Jerry! But I was so impressed with his success at home. All of the booted players have really taken advantage of the resources provided to them at home. It's great to see!

I am in a state of SHOCK~

The Blue Team voted to send their Captain Home~
The one person that picked them as a Team, a Team he felt would supply the Biggest Loser in the end!
When he first learned that a ballot had showed him being picked to leave, he felt their Lack of Loyalty & Respect for him as their Leader. I agree!

I believe the one other person in shock over them losing the weighin was: Bob! He had worked them very hard & expected higher Numbers. The disappointment showed on his face, as he wears his emotions on his sleeve.

I believe they have lost the Glue that was holding them together, and now they'll be running around in circles~~Lost!

Neil & Patty both Pigged Out in the Temptation Room, but Patty ate more Calories for a total of: 1930 in only 4 minutes. She won a 3 lb. advantage for her Team at the weigh-in and it gave her Immunity from being voted off. However she was the one with the highest weightloss even without it to help her.

At the end of each show it has a segment where it Spotlights the Contestant that has been voted off and we get to see how they've progressed away from the 5 hr. workouts & having their Trainer push them.

Jerry looks Awesome, he went on to lose an additional 45 lbs after leaving the Campus to give him a Total Weightloss to date of: 88lbs. since May 6th~
He has shown us all what Determination and Fortitude looks like~
I predict that at the Grand Finale` Show in Dec/Jan.
He will comeback & show them all what a 62 yr. old man is made of !

I, do not envy the remaining Blue Team Contestants~At the beginning of the show next week they will have to explain to Bob WHY they kicked their Captain & Leader to the Curb !

I was rooting for the Blue team, but now I hope they lose. I am feeling totally betrayed for Jerry. I can't believe they did that!!! BTW, I get on here and read your guys posts and by the time I get to the end, there is nothing more to say...

Yikes! I liked Jerry! He was such a great leader. He may have been right that there will be no biggest loser on the blue team now.

Even if your looking at it purely from the viewpoint of playing the game it STILL doesn't make sense. This early in the game you need the heavy hitters to get through the weigh ins. I understand in the game you have to end up voting off people whose success threatens you ability to move forward, but that's LATER. I believe voting him off so early has DOOMED this team. I can believe one person might have been stupid enough to vote him off, but 3. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief.

Yeah I can't wait to see Bob's reaction to this. Didn't he flip out last season over one of Erik's votes? I may be remembering wrong but I do know he was hacked off!

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO upset. I now hope they do lose. Why would you vote off the person who has lost the most weight? It makes no sense. I love JERRY, he looks so great with the at home weight loss. I hope he comes back and is the biggest loser sent home. It's now black all the way baby!!!!

Julie, you're right about Bob being upset when Erik voted Marty off because he was a threat to him.
But that was in the last two shows, NOT in the beginning when they needed Jerry to continue to Lead them into Victory.

I still like Kae too, except for her "Whimpy" crying about having to vote someone off AND her response to Bob when he asked her how she felt about the guys saying she should be the one to go, because she had the Least weight to lose.

She Shrugged her Shoulder's and said, "It's JUST a Game"!
It made me second guess whether or not she has the determination to push herself to win it all, now.
