Sure, Alison! Upload your pictures to a photo housing web site like Flickr.com to get a URL for your photos. Then it's super easy from there. Just put the following code around that picture and it'll post: [IMG][/IMG]

I use Photobucket to download mine... just download and then copy the code it gives you for Bulletin Boards.
