Here is my version of Atkins Diet Revolution Rolls

6 egg whites
5 yolks
pinch cream of tartar
4 T sour cream (reg)
1 T toasted sesame seeds
salt and other spices if desired.

Seperate eggs and whites...leave out till they reach room temperature
Preheat oven to 350
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper

Beat egg whites while beating (add cream of tartar)
continue beating till very stiff

Mix yolks and other ingrediants together.

Scoop a glob of whites and blend into yolks

then add all back to whites and fold together

dump onto parchment lined cookie sheet and spread evenly

Bake for about 1/2 hour...times vary ... top should be a little darker than golden brown

Remove from oven let cool a bit and slice into bread like pieces..
should not be spongy in texture... if it is put it back in the oven for a little more time.

store in plastic container with paper towel between slices to keep from getting stuck together and too moist..... Yummmm -0

you can make a slice of pizza with this bread
just take out your desired amount of slices and put on the oven rack at 350 for a few minutes to firm them up.
remove and place on a baking sheet pan sprayed lightly with pam

add some of the cheese and toppings, then the sauce, and then a little more cheese.
Bake at 350 till all melty... remove and enjoy! cool.gif
