Hey guys,

Could ya'll pray for my wife Christine. We are at the doctor's office right now because she's having pain near the incision where she had endometriosis surgery two weeks ago. Her surgeon said it sounds like she may have gotten an infection from the hospital during surgery and to see her PCP asap. So here we are. Pray for Christine and our finances to pay for this unexpected medical expense without any health insurance.

I'm praying as we speak. Have faith it will all work out! Sorry Christine is having problems. Tell her we are all thinking of you both and sending you good healing energy.

Christine, I'm praying for you that you'll heal soon and thoroughly and that any infection will be removed and that you will be blessed and encouraged to see how God will work in this.

I lift up Christine to you right now. I pray that you will place your healing hands on this infections and prevent it from spreading right now. I pray that you will offer her complete healing, quickly and without complications. Open the eyes and the minds of her doctors Lord so that they will know exactly what course of action to take, and may you be the one guiding their decisions. Father I ask that you would give relief and comfort to both Jimmy and Christine... and ease their worries about finances. We know Lord that you will provide, as you always do, and we trust completely in you for all of this. Thank you Father for always having their best interests at heart.

THANKS guys! God is so good and faithful. The doctor put Christine on Cipro for a week and the pharmacy at our local Publix grocery store gives away FREE antibiotics, so we didn't have to pay anything for them. WOO HOO!

Plus, the doctor slashed the bill down so it was only $100. DOUBLE WOO HOO!!!

Then, when we got home, we received word about another medical bill from Christine's surgery two weeks ago that was $1000 was slashed down to $250. PTL...man, you guys praying for us has been an AWESOME blessing!

Now, hopefully this antibiotic will do the trick and take care of Christine's infection. THANK YOU all again. Have I told you guys lately how much I love you?

God is good - you are both in my prayers. I pray that Christine will be healed completely and that your prayers for children will be answered. My DH and I struggled for 10 years with infertility and all the doctors and the surgeries and I know it takes and emotional, physical and financial toll. God is faithful and good and I believe that he would not have put the desire for children in your hearts if you were not meant to have them. Blessings to you both.

So happy to hear this! God always provides. Sometimes in a "regular" way and sometimes in a spectacular way, but He is always pouring out blessings. So glad to hear that things are looking up and prices have been reduced.

Just saw this and will pray for Christine's healing of the incision. This is very common after surgery, but I will pray that God will give her patience and his peace during this time. God is good and he is our provider if we trust in Him..

I'm late to the party, but I am praying for the Cipro to kick in fast and for Christine to have a full and speedy recovery!

It's wiping her out right now, but we're still hopeful that will take care of her health issues. THANKS for the continuing prayers everyone!

I'm late too, just saw this. Rosaries are being said. Yeah, I'm Catholic. No more communion for me. Seriously. It's really weird, I don't know what to do. Opps, sorry I just never thought about asking any other low carbers what they do. I hope Christine gets better quick!

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to thank you personally for all your prayers. They have meant the world to Jimmy and me. I am feeling better. The antibiotic seems to be working but I do still have some pain. The doctor said for me to take the meds for 5 days and if I'm feeling better, I could just leave it at that. If I get worse again or if the pain is still here, then I need to come in for a pelvic exam.
