TigerEyes
Well, here are some "before" pictures, I guess. My main goals are to improve my health and get stronger, more toned, faster, and more flexible. My secondary goal is to be around 130-135 lbs., but I'm not letting myself be too concerned about the scale. I started out around 151 lbs., and I now weigh about 145 lbs. I'm 5'9". I think these pictures were taken around March or April 2006 (I still remember that day...dang, that was fun!), and this is basically what my body looked like before I started livin' la vida low carb July 1, 2007.

I'm not concerned about my weight so much as I am being healthy and getting into better shape. I plan to keep on livin' la vida low carb for as long as I am able to make that happen, if it's God's will!

WOW, what a cutie pie you are! I'm proud of you for realizing the low-carb lifestyle can make you healthy at such a young age. That's cool, girl, and I couldn't be more thrilled for your future. You seem to be an adventurous spirit and I'm honored to have you hang out here at my forum. Keep smilin' TigerEyes!

Thanks, guys! I'll probably post an "after" picture once I'm finally able to do the splits! One of these days...!

The younger you start taking care of yourself the longer you can enjoy an active life! Good for you.

Aww, thanks, guys! =D

Simon: We did do a lot of rock-climbing that day, but that first picture is actually me in a very small mud-cave. We found it, and then we wanted to see if someone could fit in it. In that picture, I'm just trying my best to not sink into the mud. =P It was sooo much fun.

And I bet the mud made your skin softer, too! biggrin.gif Looks like LOTS of fun!
