It took 13 months but here is the 75 pound difference Low carb made for me. I have kept it off 2 years +.

Hey Jennifer, adding a picture is pretty easy! Make sure you click on the "Guided Mode" and press the "IMG" link. Just follow the instructions and go from there. Easy peasy!
