Okay all you original Atkins diet fans out there (and you know who you are!). Here's a forum JUST FOR YOU to talk about the original 1972 version of the Atkins diet as written by the late great Dr. Robert C. Atkins. The book was called Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution (can be purchased for a penny plus shipping at Amazon!) and was the predecessor to the whole "low-carb craze" that hit the country in the 1990's to the present.
