I am getting used to this but I can't find the amount of cream allowed?
(I hope it is allowed...) I only drink one cup in the am and one cup after dinner.

What's the scoop... wink.gif

There's a limit of 2-3 Tbs. of unsweetened cream per day.

Enjoy the cream in your coffee. The heavier the better.

I love my cream...makes great thickener for protein shakes, too!

blink.gif Jimmy, I hadn't even thought of that! I was cursing my 0-fat protein powder this morning when I was starving around lunchtime. . . I had been using water and adding some xanthan gum to make it more like a shake and less like. . . well, water.

But adding the cream will add some fat to it, too -- which will stave off the "FEED ME" monster until lunchtime!

You're a genius! happy.gif
