There are definitely some LC products out there that I won't eat because they don't seem like real food to me, but I don't automatically define something as a Frankenfood just 'cause it was made outside my home.
I enjoy these regularly--
Chocoperfection
Breyer's Carb Smart (I'd change the recipe slightly if I could, but....)
Flax-Z-Snax granola
Flax-Z-Snax hot cereal (used as flour for my pancakes only)
La Croix and Faygo flavored sparkling waters
Away from home--
Atkins bars
occasionally, if I can't find Atkins, a Pria LC bar
I also use KAL Pure Stevia Powder (white, no fillers) and SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia. (The root beer liquid stevia is awesome in plain sparkling water!)
What do you enjoy?

Chocoperfection, carbquik. La-whateveryoucallit tortillas, and Braum's low carb ice cream (especially butter pecan).
Good thread idea.

I HATE eating breakfast, but I know if I don't have something I will be ravenous by 8:30 or 9 and end up eating off-plan...so...I rely heavily on ready to drink chocolate protein shakes for breakfast. In the summer I blend them with ice, instant coffee, and cocoa for a cold shake. In the winter I blend with just the instant coffee and cocoa and microwave. It gets foamy on top and I get a great, healthy mochaccino. These stay with me so well I often make it all the way to my noon lunch break (I drink it at 6:45am) without snacking. But I do bring an on-plan snack to work in case I don't.

I also rely on protein puddings for snacks. I occasionally use low carb bread or sandwich wraps.

Great topic. For the most part I really hate processed packaged foods, LC or otherwise. Having said that my essentials are Carbsmart Ice Cream, Dreamfields Pasta, Carb Quik, and Whey Low Sweetener. I have found that having these items along with coconut flour, and almond meal that I can make just about anything I want. As a matter a fact my brownies are in the oven right now. I used a regular brownie recipe and substituted the Whey Low for the sugar, and the Coconut flour and Carb Quik 50/50 for the flour. The rest of the stuff in brownies is low carb anyway.

I like Heinz low carb ketchup, Walden Farms pancake syrup and KC Masterpiece low carb barbecue sauce. Oh, and Mt. Olive sugar free sweet pickle relish and bread & butter pickles.

DaVinci syrups, ChocoPerfection bars, Flax Z Snax products, Atkins bars and shakes, Walden Farms dips, CarbSmart ice cream, Naturally More peanut butter, and Mt. Olive sugar-free sweet pickles and relish.

Valerie,
I currently use the SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia also. My question is about the KAL Stevia Powder. I've seen it at my local health food store. Why do you prefer the KAL over other brands? Is is taste, value, availability or what?

Atkins Bars, CarbSmart Ice Cream (all flavors), Chocoperfection occasionally when I can afford it, Dasani Splenda flavored water. It's just easier to drink all day than plain ol' water.

Well, I am learning a lot here! I have never really used any LC products. I have purchsed the Mt. Olive Sugar Free Pickles, and the Heinz Sugar Free Ketchup, but I am not aware of most of the rest of this.
The only pre-packaged foods I really rely on are the EAS Carb Control shakes. I keep them in the fridge at work, in case I end up having one of those days where I don't get to eat.

Closest I get to packaged low-carb foods is Vintage Wild Cherry essence-flavored seltzer. It's not sweetened, but they put a lot of flavor in there so it's really good.
I was a HUGE fan of Waist Watcher soda when I lived in MA (no caffeine, no sodium, no aspartame, no sugar, no calories), but down here in NC it's harder to find and the flavors are usually limited. One exception: All you Raleighites or near-Raleighites, if you are interested, somebody at the Farmers Market in Raleigh sells this stuff in cans, and has most of the major flavors (including grape!). One thing I have always bewailed on low-carb is the perpetual lack of a widely available diet grape soda.

OOOOH, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Waist Watcher sodas, but they're hard to find here in the South. I found them at Farm Fresh stores in Virginia Beach (where I used to live), but not widely available from there down (except for Raleigh obviously!). Yeah, a grape soda would be nice, although I've found an excellent Splenda-sweetened orange soda from Food Lion that is da bomb! YUMMY! Diet Rite rules though and they have a new CHERRY SODA version available. Can't find it locally, but I've tried it...DELISH!

Heinz 1g carb ketchup
Cracker Barrell sugar-free pancake syrup (buy it at Cracker Barrell)
KC Masterpiece low calorie barbecue sauce (rare instance where low calorie=low carb )
Mt. Olive or Vlassic sugar free sweet pickle relish and bread & butter pickles
Choco-perfection
Da Vinci syrups
Carb Smart fudge bars
Fiberfit
Expert Foods Not Sugar & Not Starch
Ragu Light Pasta sauce (another rare instance where light=low carb)
Sweet Leaf Stevia
Xylitol packets
Carb Quick and Dreamfields for an OCCASIONAL treat
I have looked into Carb Smart ice cream, but it has a little too many carbs for my liking and I have seen fructose on the label of some. Granular fructose is usually a refined corn product, rather than fructose extracted from fruit and I try to avoid it. I make my own "milkshakes" with cream that suffice for ice cream. Sometimes I make Atkins custard ice cream.

Chocoperfection dark chocolate bars

Blue Bunny sweet freedom fudge bars
Judy's sugar free vanilla caramels.

I thought I'd add a few low-carb items I've recently stumbled upon:
- Eden Organic (brand) Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
http://www.edenfoods.com/store/product_inf...ducts_id=112365- Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry
http://www.celestialseasonings.com/product...-blueberry.htmlI use the pumpkin seeds as a snack (high in protein, fiber - all it's carbs come from fiber, and rich in magnesium. Also it's a good source of potassium ... which is sometimes hard to get on a LC diet.
I like having my True Blueberry chilled. I simply brew it (2 tea bags per glass), add a stevia-based sweetener and then let it cool in the 'fridge or add ice-cubes. I think it's got to be healthier than Crystal Light or diet soda and it satisfies my "thirst" for a sweet drink.
This is the stevia product I use:

Thanks for the wonderful site and forum, Jimmy and all of you other contributors.

Harry Hirsute, I love that True Blueberry tea too! I've got a huge stash of herbal teas in a bunch of flavors.
