I started at 210 on Jan. 16th, 2007 and reached goal by May 27th on my husband's 60th birthday
My original goal was 150, but when I reached it in May I kept losing as I slowly added in more fruit and veggies (and calories!) and landed at 136 for the photo at Yosemite
in August.
Im 5 ft 7, 52 years old, feeling fantastic! My plan was Atkins 72 with some fat lowering aka Kimkins. But my calories were always about 800-1000 and now they are
1200-1500 per day plus I do exercise.
