Ok so you guys have probably had these before, but I just for the first time had this last night at a ladies Bunco Night... can I say YUMMM!!!! And soooo simple!
Ingredients:
Shredded parmesan cheese
(yep that's all!)
Turn oven to 350. On cookie sheets, place small piles of the parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 till cheese melts and crisps up!
That's it!! So simple and these were sooo very cheesy and crunchy and tasty! I was dipping them in this artichoke dip they had there... it was fantastic!

They're fast and easy to make. I make a batch up every couple of weeks and eat them with L/C spinach artichoke dip. You can play around with adding different spices according to taste and what you want to put on them. I generally throw in a little fresh ground black pepper (love that stuff and can't get enough) or all purpose spice.

I just saw Alton Brown do this exact same recipe (well, slightly more elaborate, but pretty much the same). I started making American cheese crackers in the microwave after seeing a recipe on Linda's site. Wow, you really can be on low carb and STILL have your comfort foods!
