Hi there,

Not sure where to start with this. I don't normally ask for things like this, but I'm desperate. Monday I go for a CT Scan of my GI Tract. When they did a series of xrays of my small bowels they found something in my abdomen(they already did an endoscopy and colonoscopy). Well, the first thing that comes to my mind is that it could be cancer. So, if you could please say a little prayer for it to be nothing of major concern, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

I worked in an x-ray office for 10 years. Oftentimes, things show up on x-rays that are just shadows or flaws in the actual film, and this leads to further investigations for the patient. This is what I am praying has happened with you.

The test went well. I won't know the results for a few days, though. I'll keep you updated. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers, they are appreciated!

It's in God's hands now and I know He will act according to His perfect purpose for you, ChrisTina! Trust in Him and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

ChrisTina, I'm praying for you. I know it is cause for anxiousness, but Just like Jimmy says.."It's all in His hands."

My mom and I just went through this with "something" in her Breast and it turned out it was just a fluid buildup. They stuck the needle in for the biopsy and it all came out. No worries.

I pray for my new friend Christina right now. I ask that you would help her to feel your presence right now by her side. Help her to feel your peace and comfort as she waits for the tests results to come back. Lord, as you know, this is a time where doubt and fear might come creeping into her heart.. I ask that you put a stop to those feelings and help her to KNOW that you have her in YOUR hands. I pray that the doctors will have open eyes and that they will be able to determine exactly what is going on. I pray Lord that this will all be for naught and that the "something" in her abdomen was nothing of concern. No matter what Lord, we confess that YOU are Lord, and we ask that your will be done in all of this. Thank you Father.. In Jesus Name, Amen

You are in our prayers as well. I recently went through a cancer scare.. and wow can that throw you for a loop! Even though it's probably not cancer, just the thought can cause lots of worry. Keep us posted!

Good news everyone! I got the results back from the CT scan and they were good! Nothing to worry about they said! Woohoo! I'm happy now! Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers, they really helped! I think I'll celebrate with a nice juicy steak! LMAO!

Phew! You'll lose weight from the nummy LC food, as well as the weight of the world having been removed from your shoulders. Can we say WHOOSH???
