1. Omelet with mushrooms, bacon and a little cheese.
2. How oldie!

This is a tough one because I love music so much that I don't think I could pick just one. I'll give it some serious thought and see if I can.

Flax muffins with lots of butter.
Gypsy - I have been listening to Fleetwood Mac in the car on my way to work this week so I guess it's them for now. My music tastes change all the time, depending on my mood. Couldn't just pick one!!!!!
What flaxseed pancake recipe are you using - LindaSue's????

My favorite low carb breakfast is QUICHE!
I have been making the low carb quiche featured on this forum. It consists of 8 oz. of cheese, 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of cream and veggie of your choice. Use your imagination! I sometimes also use (for variety) Pepper Jack cheese to spice it up a bit. You can put any meat as well. I use dried beef and mushrooms when using meat.
Yum, yum!

Speaking of flax muffins. I made Linda Sue's Spongebob's Flaxmeal/Carbquik Muffins, and oh my! I had to restrain myself from eating them all at one sitting.
I got my first order of flax meal in this week, so I've been trying several flax recipes. I love it!

Welcome Jann! GREAT to see you here. I used to work in the Christian music industry and got to drive a van with the Newsboys in it for an in-store appearance. They were all singing to the radio and were super nice people even after their concert was over and it was getting late. Class acts!

Cool!!! I love the Newsboys and so do my kids. We've been to two of their concerts. Every time I think I have a favorite song of theirs, they come out with one equally as good. It is You, He Reigns, I am Free... it just goes on & on!!!

I don't remember who sings it, but I like God's House. My fave songs of all time are Bohemian Rhapsody and We are the Champions by Queen, and Long Time w/ the intro (Fore Play) by Boston.
As for my fave breakfast, I don't know yet cause I am just getting started good, but I am soooo hungry now after reading about everyone else's fave breakfast!
What are some staples that I need to get and have on hand to make all of these recipes?
Flax ???
Carbquick???
I have been noticing these names pop up freguently. What are they? Where do I get them?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks for your help.

Are you talking about "Big House" by Audio Adrenaline, Tami? Talking about heaven, the chorus says, "It's a big, big house, with lots and lots of room. A big, big table, with lots and lots of food. A big, big yard, where we can play football. A big, big house, it's my Father's house." I LOVE THAT SONG!!!

My favorite breakfast is egg muffins w/cheese, ham & green chilies.
As for music-I was an 80's rocker chick! I still like Bon Jovi today! Speaking of CCM, how about the 80's band Stryper. I lived in Tampa, Fl & those guys were locals around the college crowd. Ahh memories!
