1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 TBS catsup
1 TBS flavored mustard
dash salt, pepper
1/4 cup fine dry lc breadcrumb
10 oz rectangle real cheese, cut into 36- 1/2 inch cubes

Preheat oven to 450*. Mix together ground beef and all ingredients except for cheese cubes. Mold 1 TBS meat mixture around a cheese cube, so that cube is in center of meatball.
Place on baking tray and bake at 450* for 7-10 minutes, until well browned. Makes 36 cheesy meatballs.
