At my part-time job, I work with a lady who is wheelchair bound, but always has a great attitude. Tonight, she came in and showed me her new chair and said I don't know, I think it makes my butt look big?. What do you think?

Made me think that attitude is everything, and maybe I need to start focusing on what I like about myself instead of always focusing on what I don't. So, I think I have a good smile, and I get a lot of compliments on my eyes. What is your best feature?

Right now I am not sure. Before I gained so much weight it was my eyes and my hair. Maybe when I get closer to goal it will be my eyes again. But for now I would have to say my brain!

What a great thread! I don't have a physical feature that I think is great, but I love my optimistic attitude! I love the fact that I am a caring person, even though sometimes I get suckered in! Ha! My physical characteristics are not grotesquely ugly, just sort of plain jane.....

If we were to talk about our significant others though, I still melt at my husband's smile even after being in love with him for 40 years.

This is a great idea. One of my friends told me to start picking something different I like about myself each day. Amazingly I can find a new one for a little over a week now...at the begining it was only my personality. Now I would say my eyes & legs. Being tall is nice.

I am going to try doing what you are doing, and think of at least one thing I like about me each day. Today it is my accent. I am a good ol southern boy, born and raised, in the country no less. People from the south will understand this, all drawl is NOT created equal. I always though my country boy talk made people think I was dumb, but a nice telemarketer called today offering me some kind of promotion to upgrade, and I said, Maam, I appreciate the call, but I am doin good with the plan I have. Then she told me I love your accent. I am not supposed to engage callers, but you have a really sexy voice. Works for me, and made my day

Ah, the southern drawl...I love it. I lived in Atlanta for a few years and dated a Southern boy for a bit who was raised in Gainesville, GA and comes from a long line of Georgia natives. He was charming, intelligent and had the sexiest voice ever!

I used to say my hair was my best feature--it hung to the middle of my back---that kinda got messed up from the WLS but it is slowly getting back right

my ex hubbies and ex boyfriends would tell you my best feature were my legs---even at nearly 400 lbs I used to wear short skirts---they're still pretty nice if I do say so myself

For me....I have always been proud of my hair (even after KK LOL) and my legs, especially in heels.
