Once again...JUST AMAZING!

WOW... what a difference a year makes! This week was my one year anniversary since adopting the Low Carb Lifestyle as my own. I celebrated by running in the Race for the Cure against breast cancer with my family.

For the last 4 years my sister has run by herself... not this year... this year we ran as a family. I'll post more race pics later, but here is an amazing before and after.

And congrats on running. I ran my first half-marathon last weekend in Victoria on Vancouver Island (I met BunnyLump/Kim in person because she came to meet me after the race) and it was amazing!
We are athletes!!! (I'll meet you on the treadmill's when we are on the cruise and we can run together!).

Back when I was your age, I ran two 10Ks a year. One was for women only, it was the Leggs Mini Marathon, a 10K held on the first Saturday in June. It took place in Central Park, New York City. I'ld love to do one again when I reach my goal.
