Hi!
I'm new here...another Kimkins refugee I've been eating low carb for almost 10 years now. I just feel good when I eat this way. Sugar and carbs make me sleepy and grumpy Anyway... The eating part I'm pretty good at by now. I never really bought into the low calorie thing that Kimmer promoted, so I'm good.
It's exercise that's the problem. I can go weeks on end working out 5 days a week and then I take a few days off and can't find my way back. I noticed that the exercise section of the board here is really slow. I like working out at home with videos, so i joined the Vidiot group...but it's slow too.
So...aren't there more exercisers here??? C'mon guys If I start a monthly exercise challenge (any kind of exercise is OK - for walkers, runners, gymmers, vidiots, etc) would anyone be interested?
I need some motivation and daily support. Don't you???
