I've seen discussions all over the place of "Induction" and "Atkins 72" and other names for how people do low carb. I've never really described my method, so I thought up Ketokins, googled it and got no responses, and it would seem I've invented it! Copyright Reserved!!!
KETOKINS: Any low-carb method that keeps you Healthy and in Ketosis!
Please notice Health comes first.
So, on a daily basis, I keep well under 20 grams of carbs, and everything else varies. I take suppliments, I include caffeine, and I try to stay as not hungry as possible. I drink a TON of calorie-free liquids.
Periodically, I will go on a fast for several days for mental/spiritual/physical "cleansing".
So, there are an awful lot of "plans" under Ketokins, since there are only two basic rules. What's yours?
