Well no replies to this post but that's ok because Snail sent me her recipe.
I'll share it here:

Low Carb Cereal.
1 serving would be 2 gram net carbs. If you add milk you add carbs. A couple tbs. cream won't add anymore carbs. Almond milk is also good.
Equal Parts:
Flax Meal
Coconut Flour
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (Soy if that's what you like)
Mix it up well and place in a canister with tight fitting lid.
Refrigerate.
Place 1/4 c. mix into your cereal bowl, add boiling water until
you have the right consistency. Add sugar sub. and a bit of
cream, almond milk, or low carb. milk if you would like.
Tastes like Cream of Wheat and Wheatina.
I surprised myself by really liking it.
