BAMAGAL'S AVOCADO-FILLED EGGS
6 eggs -- hard-boiled
1 ripe avocado -- mashed
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Slice eggs, hard-boiled in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with an equal amount of mashed avocado.
Moisten with lemon juice and olive oil; salt to taste. Heap mixture into each egg white. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
