I restarted my WOE (Atkins 1992 version) YESTERDAY and have said bye to 4 lbs of water weight. WHEW. That's a relief!

I miss my friends over at the KK site, and honestly feel a little betrayed at the point by some, but know that we'll meet again at some point and heck--there's plenty of wonderful people here to get to know!
