I have talked to a lot of people with children who said that Fisher Price toys have been recalled due to lead in the paint. Most Fisher Price toys are made with colored plastic, yet they were recalled anyway? Maybe I am just being paranoid, but I am starting to wonder if the Chinese are not trying to kill us slowly! I lost my cat to their tainted cat food a few months ago, now they are trying to kill american children with lead poisoning? Just my thoughts.

I agree--there's no excuse to have products with harmful substances in them when we all know what the stuff can do. It's irresponsibility--my blame goes more on the manufacturers like Fischer Price than anything...
