1st 2 days are a super start cleanse with about 1000 calories of protein shakes per day

days 3 - 16 are

Breakfast - protein bar or shake
Snack - 1/2 protein bar and 1 serving veggies
Lunch - 1 protein bar
Snack 1/2 protein bar and 1 serving veggies
Dinner - 3 to 6 oz protein (depending what it is), 1 veggie, 1 fruit, a fat (i.e, sour cream, oil, etc), 1 "free" item (i.e. mushrooms, salsa, condiments) and 3 c. salad greens with FF Italian or salad spritzer
Snack - 1/2 protein bar and 1 fruit

days 17 and beyond
picks for the entire day split up as you see fit...
7 - 14 oz protein (depending what it is), 5 to 7 veggies, 2 to 4 fruit, 1 "carb" (i.e 1 sl ww bread, 6 woven wheat crackers, 1 wheat tortilla, 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c ww pasta), 2 to 4 fats, and up to 3 free items. Along with the 3 c. salad greens and FF italian or salad spritzer with your main meal.

This ranges 1200 to 1450 calories per day and net carbs, the way I do it (using lc items for the carbs and choosing lower carb fruits and veggies) are about 70 to 80 net.

Obviously this plan does not cause ketosis, but it does rid the body of those nasty refined carbs and sugar.
