Hi! I love blue cheese so am keen to try a blue cheese dressing. I have a couple of recipes I have found which call for mayo - is this the home made egg/oil variety or do you use a commercial one????

I think you can use either one. I am sure most people use the jar kind because it is simpler. I have never made homemade Mayo so I am not sure how different the taste is. You may want to experiment with both.
