Ok, I'm a music freak and spend most of my time listening music so I kinda have a soundtrack to my life. I will post what currently keeps me going in the ole MP3 player during workouts:

Freedom-Richie Havens
Umbrella-Rihanna
Baba O'Riley "Teenage Wasteland"-The Who
Sexy Back-Justin Timberlake
Your the Best-Joe Esposito (karate kid, tee hee)
Eye of the Tiger-Survivor (yes, I'm cliche)
Take me or Leave me-Rent soundtrack
Don't rain on my Parade-Barbara Striesand
Rehab-Amy Winehouse
When I come around-Green Day
Drum Trip-Rusted Root
Hey There Dililah-White T's

This keeps me going, especially some Babs. No, you're not rainin' on my parade cause Rihanna gave me an umbrella!

Another beautiful inspirational song is "Go Rest High On That Mountain" by Vince Gill. This song was a tribute to Vince's late brother and the late Keith Whitley. Under the influence of his now wife, Amy Grant Gill, Vince is really coming into his own in the Gospel circles. That's so great to see (umm - hear - LOL) since he has the most amazing voice. Pat
