I would love to know what suppliment you all take!! I know you use Coconut Oil. Do you also take EFA"s? I take a multi oil (EFA), milk thistle, coral calcium and GNC Mega Woman Vitamin. So you think you should take Coconut Oil and also EFA's??

I take coconut oil everyday, and believe it may be one of my most important supplements. I encourage you to get Bruce Fife's book entitled, "The Coconut Oil Miracle."

My most important supplement is my multi-vitamin. I've been using Life Essence Multi It is arguably the most complete multi available. It's not cheap but I can really tell the difference when I take this on a regular basis.

I also take fish oil capsules, alpha lipoic acid, green tea extract and a fiber supplement daily.

I find that if I don't take Magnesium, I am asthmatic all night long! ohmy.gif

Every morning:

Omega 3 fish oil, basic generic multivitamin, vit c, vit d, chromium, green tea

Pre-workout:

ECA

Post workout:

creatine, glutamine, whey protein, Omega 3 fish oil

Bedtime:

Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium

I take fish oil, garlic, multi vitamin, biotin, niacin, glucosamine, fiber, potassium and pantothenic acid.

Hey everyone, I just ordered Dr. A's Vita-Nutrient Solution and am looking forward to seeing his direct advice-- has anyone else read this? I'll definitely be ready to share anything exciting that I come across when I read it. smile.gif
