I have been stalled for a while and my size 20's are not getting looser. I try to measure but it is not moving either. More exercise kills me for at least a week ( I have Chronic Fatigue).
I hope I can wait this out.
Lately I have been dreaming about food. I haven't done this before.
Anyone out there with CF? How do you manage?

I don't have chronic fatigue, but I sympathize with you. Hang in there and don't lose hope. We're here for you.

I found cutting sugar out completly and gluten out
helped me alot. I am celiac, and the gluten was for that, but it helped the CFS alot. Goggle it, and you will see there is alot in common

Karrie can you let us know what you are eating? Like maybe a list of your food intake for a few days? We might be able to spot something that you are not seeing.

My chronic fatigue and depression and fibromyalgia and my hypoglycemia and compulsive eating disorder all leave and get farther and farther away the farther I get from sugar and carbohydrates and the longer I stay away from them. It's like a new lease on life! The pain and anguish has also left. (both the physical and the mental pain). I feel so good sometimes it scares me!(all this on a full stomach). Ask me why I believe in low carb!
