Under the 'MYTH' heading!
Not only did he live to be well over 100 years old and live in perfect health he was not some monstrous looking moron dragging a female by the hair with a club in one hand and her in the other!
He lived in groups and villages with lots of young and old all around him. He loved and nurtured his young and protected his women.
These were handsome beautiful people! The absolute picture of pure health!
If you were to imagine a garden of Eden with dozens and hundreds of beautiful healthy people living a beautiful healthy life just like all of the other creatures around them including the plants and insects and every living thing you would be looking at the truth.
Now look at what you have been taught.(just the exact opposite)
Africa and America and all of the continents peoples all lived in this perfection and they were all perfect.
This is a simple basic truth but you would be surprised at how many people don't believe this.
We ate perfectly too!
It was 'naturally' low carb.
Fact!
That's what were trying to get back too!

Almost entirely carnivoruos too,
the occasional plant matter, but they hunted and ate animals. Plant matter was not required.
Protein and fat is essential,
Dietary requirement for carbs - zero!
[A little known fact were those of the Atkins Cave Men tribe who evolved eating 'advantage' bars that grew a plenty in their orchards!]

Wrong!
A baby puts everything and anything they come across into there mouth to see if they like the taste of it and if it is good to suck on and eat.
This never quits!
We like the taste of nuts for instance. We like the taste of a lot of plants and berries and fruits. We like grubs and bugs and worms and stems and shoots, hundreds and thousands of things, leaves, flowers, seeds, and on and on and on.
And meat!
