Pork and Bok Choy

6 baby bok choy chopped including leafy parts
1 pound ground hamburger
1/4 soy sauce ( may need less...I din't measure and I used low sodium)
sesame oil ( a little goes a long way)

Brown ground pork until no pink. Drain and set aside.
Stirfry bok choy in sesame oil and skillet used to brown pork until tender crisp. add pork back in and add soy sauce. Heat through. Serves 4.

Hubby likes to add chilli paste and garlic to this to taste.

My husband either adds chili paste or hot sauce to just about everything too.
