2 eggs
1/4 c flaxseed meal
1/4 c chocolate protein powder ( I use Designer Whey Protein-2 carbs)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbls sf chocolate macadamia nut syrup or to taste
1-2 tbls heavy cream or half n half
Beat 2 eggs in bowl. Add the flaxseed meal,protein powder,baking powder,sf syrup & cream-mix well. Taste and adjust sweetening if needed. Cook as for regular pancakes and serve with butter or sf syrup if desired. 4 carbs for total batch excluding flaxseed meal, 5 if you count carbs for flaxseed meal.
