I gave up soda almost 20 years ago, but I just tried the Flex black cherry + apple flavor.

Carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, glucosamine sulfact (for joints), elderberry and chokeberry juice, magnesium gluconate, chondroitin sulfate (for joints), ginseng extract, sucralose, potassium benzoate, potassium sorbate, carrot and pumpkin juice, L-lysine, L-proline, pyridoxine hydrochloride, zinc sulfact, cyanocobalamin. (Last 5 ingredients are amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.)

Serving size 250 mL
Carbs 1 on label, 1.25 by calculation

It's tasty, but for me it's waaaay to sweet. I won't be drinking enough of it to see if it makes me more flexible. :-)

After a couple of sips I mixed it about 70-30 with Faygo unsweetened raspberry sparkling water, and I think I'd probably like 80-20 even better. The result was much more appealing to my tastes, but it's not something I feel would make a large positive taste/flavor/health difference in my own WOE.

However, my tastes are what they are. :-) People who like sweet soda would probably enjoy it much more.

BTW, I found it on sale for $1/can. Seems like a lot for flavored water, but it was a fun experiment!
