Last Friday we went out & I ordered an 8 oz slab of prime rib. When I went to enter my food into Fitday, I was shocked to discover it had a whopping 46 g of fat. ohmy.gif

No wonder it was so yummy!! tongue.gif

I enjoyed every bite and would do it again. Au jous with horseradish, spiniach with butter on the side, start off with a salad & blue cheese dressing, not to mention avoiding the crackers on the table. Yummmmm. smile.gif

Actually there were so many choices for prime rib on Fitday, I didn't know which to chose or what was actually served. I just picked the one that looked closest. The choices for fat & lean eaten ranged from 30 - 70 g of fat per 8 oz serving. Still plenty of yummy, healthy, natural fat. tongue.gif
