sup my people? new here! but no newbie to atkins

ok heres my question....i sometime build of gas in my stomach and it causes bad bad pain and i have to then take some GAS-X cherry creme chewble tablets to cure me

i would like to know if these tablets would stall me or if they have any sugar? cus they taste sweet and im like whoaa not sure? u kno?

Dextrose and maltodextrin are both sugars.

Yep...they have sugar. Check the gel caps, those might be better.

awww mannnnn this suks big time had 3 yesterday..................i dont get it often but once in a while...u think i got knocked out of ketosis for takin 3 of them? this really suks thank you for the help ladies

They may or may not knock you out of ketosis, but there's probably only a gram or so per serving. Just go back to plan and don't worry about it....and try the gel caps next time....or the strips!

Usually pharmacys have an over the counter medicine section for diabetics where the products are sugar-free, take a look next time you are there and you might find an alternative.
