Water, Sorbitol (3 gm per serving, which is low), Natural and Artificial Maple Flavor*, Cellulose Gum, Sucralose (Splenda Brand), Salt, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness), Zinc Lactate (a mineral), Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), D-calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Caramel Color*.

Total Carb, 4 gm
Sorbitol, 3 gm
NET Carb, 1 gm

When I tested pancake syrups about three years ago, this was my favorite by far. Nice, clean taste and a texture and body that are very similar to real maple syrup.

I use less than 1/4 cup and just count it as 1 carb. I have no portion control or cravings with this product. I put a LOT of butter and a LITTLE syrup on my low carb pancakes.
