Shredded cheese spread into a circle on a plate thinly and nuked for four to five minutes, pepperoni nuked the same way! Dip into sour cream and Hidden Valley Dip mix or your own concoction and there's no way you can crave chips and dip anymore!
Anyone else have some great ideas to replace snacks we used to love to pig out on?

These are really good, I have only had them with parmesan made in the oven, but they do well to give that crunch that I sometimes want.
My favorite go to snack food is chicken wings. They are easy to grill off, and store, and work really well in a pinch.

I love LindaSue's recipe for cheese crisps. I make them everyday with Kraft Deli Select American slices. I do four at a time on parchment paper for about 36 seconds (1100w microwave).

I like sliced cucumber instead of crackers. They're crisp and go well with cheese, dip, and most low carb snacks.

I read where someone cut a couple of slices of FLATOUT bread in small pieces, sprayed with Olive Oil spray and baked til crisp...sounds promising! Watching football games SCREAM for some sort of chip!

I did this with colby/jack finely shredded cheese last night and oh my that was good. My daughter loved it too.
1/4 cup of cheese = 1 carb. and it made a big cracker!
