Unbelievable! I remember when I read that someone lost 107 lbs in 5 months following BC and I thought that was so kewl! I think that I made an entry in my journal talking about how wonderful I thought that was. And to think that this was just made up? My goodness! How can anyone believe anything that she says? This makes me so nervous because I put my health and life in jeopardy by listening to someone that is just making up stuff!!! I am surprised the plan even works! But I guess that is because it is based on someone else's plan, a doctor.
Wow! I am so glad that I am out. I really thank Christin and Becky and Deni for all of their honesty and their integrity to get out and make sure that everyone they can reach knows the truth. Whew!

I remember reading about a woman who lost close to 200 pounds in X amount of months.
I thought that was great too, until a PI took a photo of her and she is bigger than her before pics!
Back when I was at KK, I too wondered why they talked baout exercise at Boot camp, since kimmer was promoting no exercise.

You know, where were our heads?? Okay, don't answer that. LOL Seriously though.......she did always tout "no exercise", so why the exercise in BC like you said?! I read things like this that click for me, but then I just end up feeling even more stupid. lol
