It's true, my friends. The Kimkins site has officially banned me.

I guess they saw my post on my blog yesterday that advised people against following the Kimkins plan and giving them suggestions, courtesy of the Princess at Once Upon a Diet, on some better things to do with your $60.

The funny thing is, my screen name on Kimkins and the name on my blog are different. Albeit, not too far apart but still different. So if they are using Technorati to watch the blogs then someone followed a bunch of links and went to an awful lot of trouble to put two and two together.

And the only way I found out, is when I checked my stat counter on my blog and clicked on a link to see where someone came to my blog from. Instead I got this:

The whole thing really makes me giggle. Given all the others who've been banned, I feel like I'm in good company.

I was banned too -- and all I said in my goodbye post was that I could not take the negativity - or the drama! Haha.
I started a blog (below) and got some nasty comments and emails...ooooh the drama!! Haha.

Yep, I got banned today too. I left my final message saying goodbye to everyone and apparently they have all been deleted. I think it is awful low down and dirty for her to delete my goodbye message. I didn't say anything nasty or anything, just bascially said that I have decided to move on. I know that woman is going to get her come uppings.

I feel liberated now that I am banned. Between the unlawful banning and the health risks, I KNOW I have made the right decision. It's all good! We've done the right thing and taking control of our health. Not letting a sociopath decide our future. Pat yourself on the back for that and for not letting the weight loss overshadow the really important things...your health and future!

I'm doing the happy dance.

TOS-I believe it means Terms of Service. I am not sure but it is what I was banned for about 2 weeks ago. All I did was post links to Deni's, Becky's, and Christin's blogs in about 20 different threads. And I wiped out most of my journal and posted the blog links instead.

shoot I got banned today too and I haven't posted anything in 3 weeks..Oh well I am in good company!

Me too I posted a link to christins blog but that went unnoticed for three days. Then I uploaded my same avatar to here that I was using there and got banned immediately. Obviously we were expected to be exclusive kk people. Were you not aware that your $60 meant that you are not allowed to go anywhere else on the internet?? lol a bit of a dictatorship really.

I got banned too! I didn't do anything on that site, it's just because I came here!! Oh well, I won't shed too many tears!!

Amazing isn't it? I can't think of any other instance where belonging to one group automatically gets you banned from another. But I'm with you, Michalle, I'm not shedding any tears.

I was banned recently too. I wasn't going to join in on the lawsuit but the more I thought about it, the more upset that I got it. Not only did I join for the info on the diet, I joined for the forum and the recipes. I don't really miss the forum because I have found that most everyone is here but I really do miss the recipe box.

SunEGrl- I am also banned. But I can still get into the recipee box. Have you tried?
Well, let me rephrase that, I still could as of yesterday. I log on every now and then just to see if I still can. Can view the home-page, the newsletters, the kimmer blog, the diet plans, the grocery lists, the how-to crap, and the recipee box. Now I gotta go see if I still can.

I just tried and I can get into the recipe box, the how to pages, the newsletters, the kimmer blog, etc. I haven't tried to log in since I was banned 2-3 weeks ago. And I won't be trying again.
