WALDEN FARMS MARSHMALLOW DIP

This tastes nothing at all like marshmallow or marshmallow creme. It has a horrible chemical taste and an odd tang. However, I found a use for it that masks the taste. I mixed it with some natural peanut butter to make Peanut Butter Fluff.

Ingredients: Triple Filtered Purified Water, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Cellulose Gel, Lactic Acid, Sucralose (Splenda Brand), Titanium Dioxide, Salt, Xanthan Gum and Potassium Sorbate (To Preserve Freshness).

2 tablespoons = 0g carbs

I like this on the 3-minutes flourless chocolate cake. I made the Peanut Butter Fluff and put it on the cake ... it was good also.

I've had a jar sitting on the counter for the last month....unopened.

I guess that's a good thing.

I would have to agree w/ you LindaSue. I ordered some hoping to get a nice mallow flavor...

I'll try it mixed w/ the PB... that chemical taste though is nasty.

I got the best results when I didn't use a ratio of more than half marshmallow dip to peanut butter. You may want to start with a little less and see how you like it. I was about to toss the dip in the trash when I came up with the idea to mix it with peanut butter so I just took a chance and tried half and half and was happy with the result. I figured that I had nothing to lose except a little peanut butter if it tasted yucky.
