WALDEN FARMS PANCAKE SYRUP

To me, it tastes almost like the typical, inexpensive maple flavored syrups that they sell everywhere, such as Log Cabin and Aunt Jemima. Don't expect this to taste like real maple syrup but it's still very good on pancakes and waffles (low carb, of course).

Ingredients: Triple filtered purified water, maple flavor, natural flavors, maltodextrin, cellulose gum, salt, sucralose, potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), lactic acid, beta carotine and caramel coloring

I really enjoyed this on a 'Flaxmeal Muffin' with sausage for breakfast last Sunday.

Linda, I switched my family over to this syrup and they are none the wiser! Im happy it doesnt have sorbitol like most SF brands do, those give me....er...um..."wind". laugh.gif I cook Egg Whites into a crepe and add some of this syrup and its just like pancakes to me. I also have tried all of the Waldens salad dressings. the oriental is to die for. The ceasar lacked something so I added grated parmasan cheese and garlic, to give it a kick. I read somewhere that someone loved the thousand island to make Tuna Salad. Havent tried that yet. Susique
