WALDEN FARMS CARAMEL DIP

I wasn't sure if I liked this at first because the texture was a little "off" and it doesn't really taste anything like caramel. However, it does taste a lot like dark brown sugar, which is a flavor that I love. This is very good drizzled over yogurt. It made my piƱa colada yogurt taste a bit like pineapple upside down cake. You can order the dip from Netrition for $3.29 per jar. I'm not sure if I trust the zero carb count considering that it contains modified food starch. I would count a carb per serving to be on the safe side.

Ingredients: Triple Filtered Purified Water, Cellulose Fiber, Cellulose Gel, Natural Flavors, Lactic Acid, Sucralose, Salt, Food Starch Modified, Xanthan Gum and Potassium Sorbate

Just as an FYI, for anyone lucky enough to have a Drug Emporium in their area, they carry Walden Farm sugar-free items (along with DaVinci sugar free syrups).
