I saw some mini cauliflowers that were yellow. They almost looked like they were covered in cheese sauce. Unfortunatly I cannot stand cauliflower so I am not tempted to try them although they do look like they would be fun to cook with.

They sound very interesting but then I love cauliflower just about any way that I can get it.
