I am usually the person asking others to pray for someone and don't usually ask for people to pray for me so this feels really strange. I had a mamogram that came back with something unusal (they won't say abnormal) so I had to have a follow up mamogram, figured it would be nothing since this happened once before. Unfortunatly that was not to be as of yet. I just got a call asking me to come in for an ultra sound on the same breast. They originally scheduled it for 11 days from now but my DH was so stressed he made me call them back and get an appointment for today. I am more worried than normal probably because every where you go including sitting at home watching TV you are bombarded with pink ribbons and the Susan Korman Foundation. I am praying that this is nothing more then bad films as I am rather large chested and that I have lost 45 pounds recently but would definately like to hedge my bet and ask for help this one time.
Thank you

Patti- I'm lifting you up in prayer right now.. may your mind be at peace and your body be in His hands.
Prayers are being said for you.
When they found a lump in my breast, I had to go for a repeat mamo and a sonagram, so that part is pretty much what they do.
But please keep us informed and know you are being thought of and prayed for

Sorry I missed this one - I had to have a needle biopsy after a screening mammo. Most of these turn out to be a Big Fat Zero, and I am praying that this is the case with you.
Could you please update us and let us know how you're doing?
Yes please let us know

So Far so good. I just switched to Kaiser last year although I love my new doctor it is not quite the same because everything is departmentalized. No one would talk to me so when I got to the ultrasound I asked if someone was finally going to talk to me and she said no the radiologist would look at it and it would be sent to a commitee for review. Well as you that have gone through this before suspect I broke down and started bawling when they left the room and I thought they weren't listening. They took pitty on me and a radiologist finally came and talked to me. There is no lumps just some odd tissue and they just want to dot their I's and cross their T's to make sure it is okay. Why couldn't someone tell that to me two weeks ago when they kept calling me and demanding I get more tests. I have had 1 mamo, 1 cone mamo, then an ultrasound & then another mamo. I feel much better now and am confident the God will take care of me & my family. So thank you so much for your prayers, they were very comforting.

Got the thumbs up from the doctor today. Thank you so much for all your prayers and good wishes.
maybe you should bring all your test xrays and go to a Breast Dr
I know sense my breast lump 5 years ago, I go back and let the breast dr look at my xrays, just to make sure
Better to be safe

Sandi thanks for ther concern but I never had a lump, they saw something on the mamogram. It turned out to be dense breast tissue and a lymp node.
