Was the "Variety with veggies, baby!" moved elsewhere or deleted?

Jimmy created some new categories for the recipes and I moved the veggie recipes to either Side Dishes or Salads or wherever they seemed to fit.

Yeah, sorry about that, Christina! Linda thought it would be prudent to spread them around to other categories. I agreed. They're still there though.

I just had a wild idea inspired by one of your YouTube videos, Jimmy. How about if we use the old Veggie category to talk about some of our favorite low carb veggies? Not necessarily recipes, but maybe we could discuss new veggies that we hadn't ever tried before low carb or unusual veggies that people have found in the grocery store and wondered about or have tried. It could be sort of a "product review" of all kinds of veggies and how to use them. What do you think? The title could remain the same as it is but the description would have to be changed a bit.

Also, I could post the nutritional info for each veggie that gets posted assuming that I can find it at the USDA site or in MasterCook. I'd also post pictures of some of the more unsual veggies.
