We were all a before..be sure to take a pic for yourself to compare with later on...even if you don't share here it will be worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep, take that before picture. I hated having my picture taken and really had to look to find a "before" when I got to the "after" point. Just a little more incentive for you to make your goal - us waiting to check out your progress no matter how long it takes. It's a worth while journey. Good luck.

I have actually taken pictures of myself on purpose here lately. Like you ZYARAH I never like to be in pictures but I know I will never look this way again so I have been taking some, wearing shorts out in public, walking in shorts out in public, etc. I think I've finally come to the point where I accept myself for how I am and it's really a good feeling. It's like I know it's only for now because I'm working and making progress everyday.

Having a good "before" picture really helps. I wish I had more, the one in my wallet is getting pretty worn out. I found that since I look in the mirror everyday, I could not really tell any differneces, but when I look at pictures side by side, the difference is really amazing. It's a great motivator.

You're so so right.
Even when the scales aren't moving or you are kinds "comfortable" where you are for awhile. the pictures tell a big story.
