Has anyone figured out a way to private multiple users at one time. I have a team and need to email 9 people at once and it is a pain to do it one at a time. I tried commas between and that dis not work.

You can do SEVEN at at time, Patti, by inputting the member name in the main box and this that box below it gives you the option of adding six more names. Press return after each name (no commas) and you'll be able to do it. THANKS!
