Anyways, looking forward to getting to know my fellow Blue Thunders and I just KNOW we are going to WIN!
I will be going out of town October 5-9. I won't expect losses and will possibly gain, but will be going strong when I return on the Induction phase.

An Illustrated Morality Play in Six Acts by
CHRYSALIS
The impotent smoldering of the
Smoking Aces called forth a storm of
Blue Thunder and lightening, that spawned a
Teal Tasmanian Tornado, that ruptured the fuel line of the
14 kt Carb Crusher, that was burying
Hot Pink Diamondz in a toxic waste dump, creating a towering inferno that threatened to incinerate all five of the
La VidaVille Special Biggest Losers teams, and poison the
WORLD with noxious fumes, and ash the amount of which had not been seen since the days of old Pompei.
Fortunately, the
Creped Crusaders, ten secretly commissioned women over the age of 50, who formed the surprise Team Six, were attending a Seminar nearby:
Nuances of Flying in Lycra Sans Camel Toes, Panty Lines, and Wedgies, As Viewed from Ground, or Space. Rushing to the scene, they hovered above the blaze, holding hands and forming a huge circle, using their incredibly stretchy, crepey skins like a huge blanket, to smother the fire, and save the other five teams, and Civilization, as we know it.
For their valor, King Jimmy awarded the
Creped Crusaders the title of
Biggest Losers, and sent the ragged remnants of the other five teams to reclaim the burned out area as a Pocket Park, dedicated to the
Pioneers of Low Carb Living, and all those who live

I know lots of you have been worried about the Creped Crusaders, but fear not. We're really hitting the the physical pffftness side of weight loss. Here's a little exercise plan our wonderful STILLDEW worked up for us. Our target heartrates are beating a cha-cha-cha.
I've already asked to be the 4th from the left with the great clevage. That's so much me!
-Here are the 10 new exercises I plan to add this week:
1. Lift and carry my walker every third step. Burns 02 calories/lift.
2. Use my cane to smack dirty old men. Burns 3 calories per smack
and 5 calories laughing about it afterwards.
3. Walk to kitchen, stand there 2 minutes trying to remember what I came for, turn around and walk back to living room. Remember what I went to the kitchen for. Repeat from start. Calories burned depend on how forgetful I am that day.
4. Hoist sagging breast back into bra. Burns 10 calories. Repeat at least 50 times a day.
5. Hoist other sagging breast back into bra. Burns 11 calories since this one is larger.
6. Walk with walker to the store to buy a new bra, being sure to use the step, step, lift exercise there and back. On the way to the store, throw boobs over my shoulders a few times just for good measure. Calories burned depend on how heavy the sack is on the way back and how many times I fall down and have to get back up.
7. Spend time trying to think of other 4 exercises while eating a low carb cheesecake. May burn a few calories if I think really hard and eat really slowly.
Are you afraid yet??? Be Really afraid, the elderly are sneaky and may just fool you.

Dusting is a great exercise, all that lifting, stooping, raising things, moving stuff around, straightening pictures...

Hey ladies just checking in to day to see that everyone is on board and to get some inspiration.
Lisa, is it allowed for us to post what we're eating everyday? I like that , it gives me ideas and let's me know what everyone else is eating.
I've been out all morning and my headache is coming back, I discovered it's allergies, I don't get it every year so sometimes it catches me by surprise.
So far I just had my 1 minute muffin grilled cheese sandwich 2 slices of colby and 4 slices thin bacon and Crystal light peach tea and water
later I'll have a salad with sweet butter lettuce and romaine and tequila lime wings w/ bleu cheese dressing.
I have to lay down before I go back out tonight. I hope all are doing well. Let's try to ignore the haters!!

Hi Thunders,
I was just reading the Creped Crusaders posts and notice they are starting a strenuous exercise routine. It made me realize that there are many good teams that are talking the talk. Whether they can walk the walk remains to be seen!

The results next Monday are what counts, and I hope our team will be near the top, if not the top losers.
WE CAN DO THIS? YOU BET WE CAN!Anyway, that made me wonder what exercise routine everyone is doing? I'm doing my eliptical trainer for 25-30 minutes 5 times a week, and T-Tapp 4 times.
I plan to drag my husband out tonight for a walk around the neighboorhood since the weather has cooled off.
FYI....Your stats (weight lost and percentage of Wt. lost) must be in before 5PM PST next Monday!
Keep in mind I have to update these stats and send them in, so please get them in before that 5PM closing. Anyone not in by that time will receive a zero as far as weight loss for that week. (This was set up when the Biggest Loser Challenge was set up.)
I'll be in PA for the holiday weekend visiting my son and his family, so for this coming week, I would appreciate it if you could get those weights in as early as possible so I can finish and post our loses before the long drive home on Monday evening.
Hope everyone is having a good week so far! This challenge has definitely kept me thinking about losing weight and watching everything I put in my mouth.
This WILL be so good for all of us!

Dee,
Feel free to post what you're eating during the day. It just might help others who are looking for some different ideas of what to make.
Dee, sometimes I'll get a slight headache when I haven't eaten in awhile. After KK, it seems my body is more insistant about eating regularly.
I was wondering if you're eating enough protein and fat during the day? Like you I'm new at adding more calories, but I've read enough here to make me realize that I was starving my body of things that it really needed! Jimmy Moore has written some great posts about this in the KK Survivors thread and in the What Next after KK thread.
Keep posting and let us know how you're doing. This is a big transition for all of us.

Chrysalis, you crack me up!
Doodle - my daily exercise involves riding the HealthRider 25 minutes a day with 5 minutes of stretches (following the video workout), standing on my Whole Body Vibration board for ten minutes, plus housework and walking the dogs a few minutes several times a day.
Dee - for breakfast, I had two slices of turkey bacon and two eggs over easy with a cup of coffee (1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream and 1 tsp. Splenda added). For lunch, I had one grilled chicken breast and an ounce of mozzarella string cheese with a garden salad dressed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar (1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil. You have to watch balsamic vinegar because it has 3 carbs per tbsp.) For dinner, I'll be having thin sliced grilled pork chops with a cup to a cup and a half of broccoli adorned with a tablespoon of butter. Of course, I drink at least 96 ounces of water every day as well.

Exercise today was 30 minutes of an exercise DVD involving cardio and some yoga stretching. I have some cold symptoms so I could get too intense or I'd start coughing, but at least I still exercised. I also stuck to plan all day and am eating an on plan dinner right now.

No good deed goes unpunished with you folks.
I deliberately sent you the big dog, (Hey? Isn't there a catalog by that name?) because her size would take up so much space, she would turn ya'll onto page 2 in your posts. Now, the Creped Crusaders are very happy ya'll have adopted Bella Blu, (isn't that name just so tres chicky--that's what we called her while we were trying to find her mistresses.) Just remember that responsible pet ownership means spay or nueter as early as possible. Hey Blue Thunder, I wanted to let you in on a little secret . . . . the RED team won immunity tonight on the BIGGEST LOSER. If you follow in their footsteps and have as good a weigh in as they did

(with the same about of lbs lost, % lost) you just might win this week's weigh-in.
