Can someone suggest a "good for us" oil that has virtually no taste. I'm talking to cook LC pancakes and things we don't want any taste added. My daughter hates coconut, so I have to be careful what I put coconut oil in, as she can detect it and won't eat it. Although I've used Coconut flour on my Butter Baked Chicken recipe and she can't seem to taste that. Go figure. Any suggestions for a light/no tasting oil?

Expeller pressed coconut oil has no odor or taste. I use it for anything that I don't want to taste like coconut.

THANKS!!! Can you suggest a good source?

I've been using Spectrum organic coconut oil because I can purchase it locally. I'll probably start looking for an online source though because products I like and use have a habit of disappearing from the local market. This is not a low carb friendly town.
