What foods that can be classified as low carb stall you or cause cravings? This list will be good for all of us!

1. low carb tortillas
2. Atkins or other low carb bars
3. Anything with wheat in it.

I have not found any lc foods that stall me in moderation, but I sometimes have issues with portion control, so only rarely do I have sf chocolate and things like that. I have absolutely no problem with tortillas, sandwich wraps, lc bread etc. I lose slower when I eat them, but don't stall.

Macadamia nuts, mostly because I cannot limit them to a reasonable serving.
Cheese (again, probably because I easily consume too much)
Any kind of lowcarb bars, although I can tolerate lowcarb shakes just fine

I'd have to agree with TOO MANY nuts. I seriously have to count them out and put away the tub. My daughter thinks it's nuts, but it's the only way I can eat them.

Ditto too many nuts. I have to remember that as soon as I buy them when I am full, to portion them and put them in 1 ounce baggies. Then I do fine.

Nuts...too hard to stop at 1 ounce.

Too much breakfast meat or cold cuts- have drastically cut back on that, too much sodium for me.

I have not experienced a true stall, but my losses slow if I eat too much: Cheese, bacon, link or patty sausage, cottage cheese, nuts, sf chocolates, or any of the LC bars.
