I am following the no grain diet from Dr. mercola. I think it is the same as the paleo diet..
At the beginning I thought I couldn't follow it because I hated vegetables, but after a while when you are detox, it is easy and you will enjoy vegetables.
I am loosing a lot of weight fast with the diet and working out heavily. I am following the teaching in the book body for life for the workout.
This diet works!!!!!
