I was actually wondering if anyone had a good vitamin/supplement regimen.
I am still finding my way through the diet plans a post-Kimkins trying to figure out what to do.
I would love some advice on what kinda vitamins I should take. I try to research this myself and get so overwhelmed.
I take a multi-vitamin and B-Complex
I've heard Fish Oil I think? is good.
Can anyone inlighten me on vitamins/supplements?
Thanks!

Honeysmom,
I'm fairly knowledgeable about nutritional supplements. I'd be happy to offer you my best opinion about any question you may have.
I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist. I did however work in the natural health industry for many years - mainly managing and consulting for health food stores.
If you want to share some more about what your goal is (besides weight-loos?) and describe what you're taking (product name and amount) ... perhaps I/we can offer you some helpful information.

Thanks I will look at that blog post I figured there was information somewhere here but there is so much LOL.
Harry-I will do that I will look at what I'm taking now.
I know I take Woman's One A Day (but I'm not sure which one until I get home)
I have to see how much of the B-Complex I'm taking and the Brand
I also am taking Green Tea Extract...I've just heard Green Tea is good and I don't like Tea LOL.
Basically my goal is just over all health. I started taking the vitamins because I was always out of energy.
I will look at what I have at home and post again. Thanks!

Honeysmom,
Cool. I'll look out for your post.
BTW, green tea extract is good! It may help a little with the weight-loss (by boosting your metabolic-rate) and it's also a wonderful antioxidant.
